The world gets a little blacker this Spring
In an effort to prolong the darkness of winter FORMICARIUS will be taking to the road and playing some select dates across the UK in March and April, bringing their ferocious black metal presence to the following events:
27th March – EASTER ABOMINATION – The Gryphon Bristol
16th April – NORTHERN SYMPHONY FESTIVAL – The Venue Selby
23rd April – BLACK METAL INVASION – The Firehouse Southampton
30th April – NECROW BLACK METAL SHOWCASE – Scruffy Murphy’s Birmingham

Although the name of Formicarius may be a new one, the fiends that lurk behind it have plenty of experience to draw on – with members of De Profundis, Phyrexia and Premature Birth in the shadowed ranks – and all that experience is readily apparent in the ferocious adrenaline rush of ‘Lake Of The Dead’ and in their heart-stopping live performances – a real white-knuckle ride of terrifying intensity.
