Spark The Sail were formed in Bristol and started life as a duo with Jodie Davies on Vocals and Ryan Moore handling Acoustic Guitar and Vocals. By the end of 2013, the twosome decided to expand upon their sound and drafted in full time members and kindred spirits: Robbie Rowe (Electric Guitar), James Killackey (Bass) and Mitchel Lucas (Drums). After a series of rigorous rehearsals, Spark The Sail soon realised that they had the songs, the sound, and the lasting dedication to take their music to great heights. Now within a short space of time, the five piece have already shared stages with acts like The Hoosiers, Dub Pistols and Tinie Tempah, as well as captivating audiences at The Isle Of Wight Festival 2015, and playing a host of successful shows throughout the South.

The hotly-tipped combo have managed to hone their catchy and energetic blend of contagious pop-infused punk down to tape in their debut EP ‘Sapphire Deep’, which drops this November. The EP just glows from start to finish with an abundance of highly engaging cuts that display the quintet’s impressive use of dual vocals, spiky guitar rhythms, infectious beats and enthralling song-writing. Look out for tour dates and shows throughout the whole of the UK this Autumn.
