We are delighted to be premiering the new video from Rufus Miller.
“The Road”, says the man himself is about “The uncertainty of a new relationship, will you follow me down that road?”
The Road suggests a journey ahead and a path not everyone dares to take. The sparse nature of the acoustic guitar and saturated vocal create a roots rock style sound, southern and Americana style by way of English folk.
It’s a brave, stark track, and was, as we put it in the review: “A brilliant song, “Road” belongs somewhere in the bleak stillness, with just you and your thoughts for company. Or perhaps the voices in your head. It’s all cool, whatever works.“
