North East alt rockers return
North East lads Boy Jumps Ship have unveiled the first taste of what’s to come from their forthcoming debut album in the shape of ‘Burn’. ‘Burn’ is the first official single from the Larry Hibbit (Hundred Reasons, Marmozets) produced album that is set for release in 2016 via Amazing Record co.
Si Todd said “The video for burn was filmed overnight in a huge abandoned warehouse in Houghton-Le-Spring (just south of Sunderland) and shot by Ollie Rillands, who’s done our last few videos. We used a ton of pyro including 3 two-metre fire walls, and 4 fire canons. They kept us warm!!!”
2015 will complete a busy year of writing, recording and relentless touring for Boy Jumps Ship, most recently seeing the band complete a co-headline tour with Only Rivals, main support tour with Young Guns and a slot at the UK Vans Warped Tour at Alexandra Palace.
