Mack Geiger marks a major career milestone today with the release of his highly anticipated debut album, Dying In This House. The 12-track collection showcases the Queensland-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist’s distinct blend of neo-traditional Country and timeless storytelling, with Geiger solely penning eight songs, including the album’s focus track and title track, ‘Dying In This House’. The album arrives on the heels of Geiger’s announcement that he will make his UK and European debut at Country 2 Country (C2C) Festival 2027, performing on the main stage in Rotterdam and Berlin before heading to London, Glasgow, and Manchester.

Across Dying In This House, Geiger explores loneliness, heartache, brokenness, and the resilience it takes to find hope and keep moving forward. His independent songwriting voice takes center stage through eight solo-written tracks, while the collection also brings him together with some of Nashville’s most accomplished writers, including Rodney Clawson, Johnny Clawson, Will Bundy, Jim Beavers, Bart Butler, Wyatt McCubbin, Seth Ennis, Rob Snyder, Tim Nichols, Tony Martin, and Mark Nesler. The album was produced by Keith Stegall (Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band, Randy Travis) and Geiger’s longtime producer Jared Adlam.

“‘Dying In This House’ channels a broken man’s walk through loneliness, heartache, and denial, but also glimmers of hope,” shares Geiger. “I’ve always been drawn to songs which paint pictures, and I feel like this album does just that.”

“Each one of us experiences battles that push us further than we can bend,” Geiger continues. “[But] amidst the ballads are moments of … grounding that spark motivation and pride to push forward … dust yourself off and jump back in the ring.”

Geiger has had a monumental breakout year and his international rise only continues to accelerate. His breakout single ‘String By’ has surpassed 110 million global streams, reached No. 3 on Spotify’s Viral 50 USA, landed in the Top 50 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, and reached the Top 40 on the Global Country Shazam chart. The success earned Geiger recognition as Billboard Country’s September “Up & Comer”.

Since releasing his debut EP, Walk A Straight Line, in May, Geiger has made his CMA Fest debut, completed his first U.S. headline run on the New Dirt, Same Boots Tour, and earned a standing ovation during his Grand Ole Opry debut as part of the OPRY 100 celebration in June. Now, with Dying In This House, Geiger delivers his most comprehensive introduction yet.

Geiger will continue building on that momentum with his When It’s Pouring Tour across North America this November and December, including a return to the Grand Ole Opry on November 7 and several sold-out dates. Looking ahead to 2027, he will join Country music icons Brooks & Dunn in his native Australia and make appearances at some of the genre’s most celebrated festivals around the world, including Stagecoach Festival, GoldenSky Country Music Festival, Hoofbeat Country Festival, Two Step Inn Festival, and C2C: Country to Country, with additional appearances to be announced.
