Gabriel Quazar has released his new crossover single ‘SLOVE’ on all digital platforms. The smooth, atmospheric single demonstrates his fluid, tasteful guitar playing ability with a neo-soul ambient vibe present throughout.
Italy born, who now splits his time between Verona, Los Angeles and Zanzibar. A thinker, a songwriter, a singer and a passionate guitarist at heart with an eclectic and completely original take on rock, alternative & modern pop music. He states of the single, “There are too many emotions to be reflected in the mirror of our soul to be bound and defined by a simple label”. Youth and energy, a quasar of musical fusion that ranges from alternative rock, to pop and embraces challenging dissonances with melodic solutions.
His alternative & avant-gardish rocking soundscape also enjoys imports from ethnical musical traditions, as much as jazz and even hip-hop. His own man, his own manager, he has also appreciated the collaborations of the many who believe in him, working in Europe and Los Angeles with the well renowned producer/musician Fabrizio Grossi (Steve Vai, Ice T, Glenn Hughes, Steve Lukather, et al).
Gabriel’s personal vision is complex and vast, his perspectives are unique for such an age. His lyrics are those of a man visiting planet Earth from some distant place, or coming back to it after experience through a thousand lives; “My music is something of a journey, a trip for me and the audience, and not for the faint of heart’. Embodying a generation exhilarated at the possibilities life offers, while tortured by urban doubts and a planetary unease in these times. He creates a musical world that draws on myth and legend, populated by old wisdom and new ideas. The result is an intriguing merge of the utopian and the dystopian, as to which Gabriel Quazar provides his own soundtrack.
