French Southern sludge with an album coming out

With a sound firmly rooted in southern-influenced sludge-metal, Overcharger is a four-piece group from Bordeaux, France formed in 2010 with an original line-up of Seb (vocals), JB (guitars), Tom (drums) and Fab (bass).
Overcharger’s first foray in the studio back in 2013 produced three songs that would be released that same year as a self-funded demo and garnered them some comparisons to artists like Down, Crowbar and Corrosion of Conformity.
Now two years later, Overcharger is back with their debut album “All That We Had”, which marks the debut of new bass player Wafi and was produced by Mathieu Pascal from Gorod at Bud Studio.
Extremely powerful and converging elements from sludge, metal and southern rock, “All That We Had” is a massive and intense debut album from this oncoming and unstoppable force called Overcharger.
