Metal’s kings of stealth

Twelve Foot Ninja are masters of the sneak attack, unleashing their new single ‘INVINCIBLE.

Over the past few years, they have been stealthily building their now massive clan of followers. They would hide in the underground, unseen but strangely present, then run daring skirmishes to upset the heavy music establishment to nab major international festival slots, strategically valuable supports, and win highly coveted awards, before slinking back to their hideout in Melbourne, Australia.

These cunning moves have set up Twelve Foot Ninja for a big year!

Their next mission is to drop a brand new album – ‘Outlier’ in the UK on Friday 16th September – combined with Australian shows in August/September to warm up before they head state-side for a slew of major festivals this Fall before returning to Australian shores in November with Disturbed for their Arena tour.

Otherwise known for their genre hopping virtuosity and tongue in cheek humour, Twelve Foot Ninja’s ‘Invincible’ shows a more serious side to their lyrics and a more direct approach musically. It has decimating riffs, artery-slashing bass drops with clear, memorable hooks. This is the second slice from their upcoming second LP and sure to level up their XP with a pin-point accurate kill-shot, delivered with a wry smile.

Earlier this year, the band threw an early dart from the studio in the form of track ‘One Hand Killing’, which was accompanied by a hilarious film clip that has racked up over half a million views.

Since then, they have been very busy. Busier than a cat.

A cat burying shit on concrete.

They’ve been busy in the studio writing, recording, re-recording, producing and mixing with Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus), crowdfunding the completion of the album (without any other details being available – THOUSANDS of albums have already been pre-sold), announcing the Disturbed tour and locking down arrangements to return to the US.

What you might not know about Twelve Foot Ninja is that their 2012 debut record SILENT MACHINE saw them clock up over 5,000,000 YouTube views, win America’s prestigious 2014 Golden Gods Award for ‘Best New Talent’, break the world record for crowdfunding a video clip, tour with some of the biggest bands in the world, and get billed on major US and European festivals.

Twelve Foot Ninja’s second studio album ‘Outlier’ will drop in the UK on 16th September 2016.
