“‘White Waves keep crashing on and on’ is a metaphor for how life goes on and is in constant motion. Waves will never stop crashing and when one wave ends, another appears. Just like life; one life ends, another is born.” explains the band when talking about the new single release. “The lyrics are about the times when you let something small hold you back and being on edge and the chorus responds by essentially saying that life is what it is, just enjoy the thrill of the fall.”

In the past 12 months VRILLON have generated over 100,000 plays on Spotify with most of these coming from the band’s previous single ‘Find You’released in February 2018. VRILLON have played a sold out shows at Rough Trade in Bristol, Moles in Bath and have supported huge upcoming acts such as King Nun and more. In June 2019 the band have some exciting news to unveil for the forthcoming festival season, as well as more details about their eagerly anticipated new material.

The band have also got a five track EP under their wing, due for release in 2019 and plan to continue writing and recording new material over the next few months. VRILLON’s mishmash of genres means that there is always a song that will fit the listeners unique taste, whether it be indie, punk or hard rock, VRILLON’s overwhelming diversity means there’s something for everyone to enjoy in their music.
