Silverkord are set to release their brand new single ‘Million Eyes’ via all streaming services.
‘Million Eyes’ is a versatile alt-rock tour-deforce, that encapsulates Tool-style guitar riffs with Cornell esque vocals. The track displays a
staggering juxtaposition of light and dark, somber and heavy.
Lead vocalist/ guitarist Will Miles states: “Million Eyes” was written in June 2020, in the midst of the isolation of the pandemic lockdowns, not being able to leave town, seeing plans go to total waste, and dreaming of faraway events and places. I wanted something slow, but punchy and groovy on the record, with an accessible edge, so I came up with the main riff and the rest just happened from there.”
The track was recorded and mixed entirely by Will and drummer Ravi Kesavaram (My Vitriol) in their separate home studios as part of the album recording sessions, over the winter of 2021.
