Cambridge band, who some reckon have vocals like Joe Strummer, just released their new single
The Abstracts have established themselves as one of the must-see acts on the Cambridge music scene, and they’ve just released their new single “Smells Like Summer”.
Formed in 2013, the band consists of Felix Morgan (Lead Vocals/Guitar), Ben Taylor (Guitar/B.Vocals), Ben Nunn (Bass/B.Vocals), and Mark Thomson (Drums).
With regular shows at popular London and Cambridge venues, the band have been nominated for best local Indie band 2 years in a row and had 2 tracks in Cambridge 105’s Unsigned Chart for the maximum of 20 weeks.
Other recent ventures have included a televised performance, a BBC Introducing session and 2 sold-out shows on the main stage of The Cam
