Nottingham punks on the perils of Debenhams
Nottingham-based band Taco Hell are happy to be releasing our debut EP, Breathe Deeply on the 27th of May, following the premiere of High 2:2 on Punknews. We recorded live with Phil Booth at JT Soar across the two days after our first show – creating an EP that consists of fleeting punk songs with indelible riffs and a scattering of emo thrown in too.
The band tell us: “We formed this year after some band experiences with fast food – that combined with our love of the UK DIY scene, led us to write 5 choppy songs about the perils of university and a lovely old lady named Audrey who works in the home department of Debenhams.”
The EP is available at our Bandcamp page and on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, etc, on Friday.
