MVM approved southern rockers release new track
Southern rockers A Thousand Horses have released the video for their new single ‘Travelin’ Man’, taken from their debut album Southernality.
This thumping country rock anthem is everything fans have come to know and love about A Thousand Horses, bursting with soaring guitar licks, thumping drum grooves and hooky harmonica melodies. The video is an energetic mash-up of live performances and backstage footage taken from their huge US tour supporting Jason Aldean.
Frontman Michael Hobby says, “Travelin’ Man is one of our favourite songs to perform live. It brings the energy, and with the harmonica it rocks! It’s always been a fan favourite… it’s a song about being on the road and being a bad ass, always on the move and ready to rock.”
A Thousand Horses stormed onto the UK music scene earlier this year as one of the most talked about bands at this year’s C2C festival at the O2 Arena and cementing their reputation as a phenomenal nine-piece live outfit.
They’ve been turning heads at radio where their UK debut single ‘Trailer Trashed’ sat proudly on the Planet Rock Radio B-list, followed by ‘First Time’ and then ‘Smoke’, both of which were added to the A-List as well as C-Listing at BBC Radio 2. Following suit, the band’s latest single and title-track ‘Southernality’ was added to Planet Rock’s B-List.
