TToday [25 June], London-based rock band The Molotovs share the video for their new single ‘Today’s Gonna Be Our Day,’ taken from their highly anticipated debut album, ‘Wasted On Youth,‘ scheduled for release on 30 January 2026, through UK independent label Marshall Records.

The band’s latest single is the perfect distillation of these themes. ‘Today’s Gonna Be Our Day’ sees The Molotovs rejecting cynicism and political fatigue while encouraging empowerment, acting as a rallying cry for young people to take action.
 
“It’s an anti-complacency song”, shares frontman Mathew Cartlidge. “A call to arms for my generation to keep the faith and reject apathy, recognising that it’s our time and our turn to make it better. If anything, it’s about the power of youth.”
