Immigration visa issues mean tour is off
Taake’s first extensive live dates in North America, scheduled to kick off this Sunday in Massachusetts, has officially been postponed. The band in the last hour has issued the following statement via their official Facebook page, “we are sorry to have inform you that the upcoming Taake US tour has been postponed. This is due to an unforeseen and serious issue with Taake’s visa status. Immigration specialists are working to correct the matter as quickly as possible. We are doing our best to save the scheduled NYC shows and on re-scheduling the rest of the tour.
The tour was to be supported by Wolvhammer; no word yet if Wolvhammer will continue on the dates with local support.
The rescheduled tour will be announced once visa details have been completed.
