The first family of pop punk release new one
Life in the land of The Dollyrots is always busy, to put it mildly. California’s first fully fledged pop punk family (Good Charlotte might have the Madden Brothers but even they don’t have The Dollytot) have already released a brand new EP AND a Live CD/DVD in 2016, and show no signs of slowing down as we enter the Spring.
The latest thing to emerge from Dollyrot HQ is a brand new single! The track Save Me, from the band’s Mama’s Gonna Knock You Out EP, has been given the lyric video treatment. Not just any lyric video either, as the clip features lots of different pieces of footage from The Dollyrots recent UK tour spliced together with the words of Save Me to create a very special lyric video.
The Mama’s Gonna Knock You Out EP was the side product of an overwhelmingly successful PledgeMusic campaign for The Dollyrots first ever live release – Family Vacation:Live In Los Angeles which saw almost 1,000 pledges take place. Family Vacation was filmed in their home state of California last Summer while touring the US with their good friends Bowling For Soup and is the perfect encapsulation of The Dollyrots live experience, available to take with you wherever you go!
