Having discovered the band at a Battle of the Bands in Milton Keynes, Marshall Records were impressed by the maturity and talent shown from these youngsters who create rock music infused with pop elements. The band describe their sound as ‘for fans of Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, Lower Than Atlantis’ and explain that their sound ‘aims to capture the emotion of their songs through their instruments’.

Elswhere say this about their signing to Marshall Records: “We really are honoured to be working with such a prestigious name in the industry amongst some truly brilliant bands. The team are great and we can’t wait to show the world what we’ve been working on!”

Steve Tannett from Marshall Records say this about the new signing: “Signing a band at the very start of their career is always a huge gamble, but when we saw Elswhere we recognised the true qualities it takes to succeed in the dangerous waters of the rock and roll world.”

The band recently entered the studio with award-winning producer Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine) and will unleash new music in the coming weeks.

Whilst the subject of mental health is a difficult one to approach, Elswhere are devoted to this issue. They provide a positive message about helping each other, which is conveyed in their material. The maturity shown from these youngsters is not only admired but respectable. Drawing from personal experiences and tragic losses, their songs portray painful emotions accompanied with a hopeful attitude. Frontman Ethan uses the bands Facebook page in efforts to support fans who may be struggling with mental illnesses “If you are in need of advice, guidance, or you have negative thoughts in your head that overpower your everyday life, call 116 123 – or even email us at elswhereofficial@gmail.com where I will personally reply to try my best to
