Paradise Lost: New Shows And Stand In Drummer


Their awesome new album (10/10 last week right here!) is out today. Here’s some news.

Returning with opus number fourteen “The Plague Within” (released today), PARADISE LOST are once again refining the chemical equation to their sonic alchemy with the kind of creative invincibility few can afford. It’s a collection of songs that will surprise even the most seasoned of fans in its ambition: a monochrome miasma of morbidly uplifting anthems and heart-aching melancholia.

In anticipation of this release, the band recently launched a new video for the track “Beneath Broken Earth” as well as announcing UK tour dates. Directed by Ash Pears (AshTV) the video can be watched here:

The band have now added an additional 2 shows to the UK tour.

In other news drummer Adrian Erlandsson will sit out the band’s European tour due to other commitments. Finnish drummer Waltteri Vayrynen has stepped in for the run of shows. Vayrynen comments:

“No words can explain how excited, grateful and honoured I am to do all these shows with Paradise Lost. The band has been one of my first and biggest influences ever since I was a little kid. It’s gonna be one hell of a year!”
