The track is a grunge-pop masterclass that echoes the heights and sensibilities of acts such as Failure and Mudhoney. ‘Past Vibrations’ was mixed and produced by David Radahd-Jones at Red City and Mastered by Grant Berry
The band state:
“We started to write this song at 3am when I couldn’t sleep, thinking about something cringe I did 7 years ago; and it developed into a track about something from the past coming to haunt you, when your mind isn’t occupied, finding it hard to get away and let it be.”
The band, who hail from Manchester and Bolton, combine grunge with an immutable sense of punk nihilism, taking cues from bands such as Nirvana, The Pixies, Alice in Chains and Turnstiles. The result is incendiary as it is acerbic.
