Morality Crisis’ 6th release, “MASH” is a 4-song, 35-minute exercise in progressive post-hardcore, from the jagged doom of “Cannons Fall on Cannon Falls” to the rhythmic redemption of “Cowboy Song”. Its artistic apex comes on the title track, a 22-minute noiserock meditation on self-destruction and self-exploration in a world full of garbage. Recorded live in a really good sounding room (Adam Tucker @ Signaturetone), “MASH” promises to appeal to those who value musicianship, originality, intensity, and the evolution of heavy music.
