Italy‘s Deaf Lingo will release their second studio album “Lingonberry” in April. Combining melodic punk, lo-fi garage, and bittersweet indie, the four piece has invented their very own blend of alternative rock. The third single leading up to Deaf Lingo‘s new album is called “Push It”. An energized garage rock track, out on all streaming platforms from March 4.
Sandro from the band comments:
“Push it” is a song about laziness, no ambitions and being ok doing nothing. It‘s about stop trying to be someone society wants you to be. A sort of social disobedience.
FUN FACT: the very first chorus we used to sing in the pratice room was: “Madò che buò patat ‘e’ cozz” which means: “holy crap, how good is patate e cozze!” a typical southern Italy dish.
‘Lingonberry’ is set for release April 29, 2022 on LP, CD, and digital formats via Lovely Records
