Norwegian Prog Metallers release new single
Norwegian Progressive Metal act ARKENTYPE have made available the new single ‘Time Collapse’ from their forthcoming debut album “Disorientated”.
The great passion expressed through heavy and technical rhythmic patterns, blended with beautiful melodic and symphonic passages on this single are just a precursor of what unfolds over the 9 tracks on “Disorientated”.
With a raw, true and honest sound, ARKENTYPE is a breath of fresh air in a rather stagnant scene of modernized metal. Mixing the “new” progressive metal sound with their personal influences and experiences is what makes
ARKENTYPE a truly unique band.
“Disorientated” is set to be released on November 13th in CD and LP formats, with a limited edition yellow vinyl also available. “Disorientated” was Produced & Recorded by the band themselves at the University in Agder, with
Daniel Bergstrand and George Nerantzis (Meshuggah, In Flames) on the mixing and mastering at
Dug Out Productions in Sweden.
