Keeping the metal flame alive
Disarm Goliath are a high octane, balls to the wall heavy metal band. Hailing from the West Midlands, England (the birth place of heavy metal) the band was formed by bass player Steve Surch.
The band released their debut album ‘ Only The Devil Can Stop Us’ through their own mini label in 2001. The album was successfully re-released on vinyl in the summer of 2007 and has sold well across Europe.
Disarm Goliath have two mini tours of the USA under their belts with one show being at the famous Whiskey A Go Go on Hollywood’s sunset strip.
The band burst in to 2009 with renewed strength and confidence as they welcomed to their ranks the amazing vocal talents of Steve ‘ the Banshee’ Bell and the axe wielding powers of guitarist Anthony Ellis.
2012 saw the band release their ‘ Born to Rule’ album which helped cement their place as a formidable force on the UK underground metal scene. The album was also released on limited edition vinyl via Pure Steel Records.
Now in 2016, the Midlands riff machine is once again firing on all cylinders as Disarm Goliath prepare to release their Latest offering ‘Wisdom & War’.
Featuring 9 molten metal anthems that will get the blood pumping, hearts racing and many heads banging, ‘Wisdom & War’ is a true metal monster.
