Salisbury indie rockers CARSICK are pleased to reveal their new single ‘Concrete’, released on 19th November 2025 via all good digital service providers.
The track is the secret final offering from their second EP Tough Luck, released earlier this year via Alcopop! Records.
Recorded, mixed and mastered by Sam Winfield and Tom Millar at Studio 91, Newbury, Tough Luck is another confident step forward for the fast-moving quartet, following their warmly received debut EP Drunk Hymns in 2023.
Commenting on the track, vocalist Joe Richardson said: “‘Concrete’ is a song which was lyrically Frankensteined from a bunch of different little moments in my life—put together because all of them carried the same sense of bittersweetness and nostalgia. It was recorded alongside our recent EP, Tough Luck, and it’s a lot more melancholy than most of our other stuff. We really wanted to get it out there before our live shows in November and December because it feels so much like a winter-specific song.”
The single comes ahead of their biggest headline show to date at The Dome, London on 21st November, before kicking off Winter 2025 UK support dates with Pet Needs later this month.
The boys have already announced extensive UK headline dates for 2026, as well as a string of European festivals, plus an appearance at next year’s 2000 Trees Festival – tickets are on sale now (see below for listings).
Completing their own leg of Spring 2025 EU headline dates and supporting hot property Essex Brit-punk duo The Meffs on their recent UK headline dates, the band ran the European festival gauntlet over the summer at Rebellion Festival, Boomtown, Reeperbahn, Burn It Down, Sziget and more.
Their haywire live shows and no-holds-barred approach to the party lifestyle have garnered CARSICK both notoriety and an increasingly ardent young fanbase, as evidenced by their notably packed out festival appearances.
Already marking themselves out as one of the keenest, hardest working new young bands on the indie circuit, it seems CARSICK aren’t about to put the brakes on their impressive work ethic or equally impressive dedication to the boozer any time soon, with further new music and live dates TBA for 2026.
