South Africa’s lo-fi king releases a new one
Prism Tats, the one-man lofi garage-pop pseudonym for Garrett Van Der Spek, has recently premiered ‘Midnight Mountain’ from his self titled album (out now on Anti-). Giving an exclusive interview with the Line of Best Fit, you can see the video and read more about it HERE.
The well-travelled van der Spek, originally from Durban, South Africa, moved to Seattle in the early 2000’s as part of a university exchange programme. Once he’d moved out stateside for good, he spent his time between Seattle and Los Angeles, building a repertoire for Prism Tats.
