New EP and tour starts tomorrow
Hardcore/metal quintet BLACK COAST have revealed the video for their latest single ‘Crows Of The North’, the third to be taken from their debut EP of the same name.
Of the song, vocalist Charlie Hewitt explains:“‘Crows Of The North’ is probably the most positively messaged song on the EP. I speak about freedom of expression and literally having the guts to do and say what you want within this society, you shouldn’t have think a certain way just because you’re told to. I write from personal experiences and honesty, that’s where I draw my inspiration.”
The video has launched ahead of the band’s tour dates with Grains in June and Griever in July.

Black Coast have been turning heads at rapid speed, their previous two singles ‘Mercenary’ and ‘Violence Reigns’ championed by Kerrang! Radio presenter Alex Baker as well as making it onto the Total Rock Radio B-list. Despite the fact that the band are the new kids on the block, there’s nothing rusty sounding about their material. Each of the five tracks on Crows Of The North are full of guts, tight riffing, razor-sharp vocals and breakdowns aplenty. That said, the songs are still hook-laden and full of melody.
