Formed in 2024 as a UK-based studio collective, The SKBs quickly evolved from a one-off recording project into a serious ongoing band built around strong songwriting and seasoned musicianship.

At the core are songwriter Al Sharp, powerhouse vocalist Sara Davey, and Leon Cave (Status Quo) on drums.

Following their debut album Where This Leads Us (April 2025), the band return with a more focused, confident sound for their “difficult second album”, The Next Stop — leaning further into rock and country influences while keeping their melodic backbone firmly intact.

Acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and producer Tom Donovan joins on guitars and bass for the new material, adding extra weight and polish.
