Re-release album for the Autumn
Welsh modern hard rockers reboot their stunning self-titled debut EP ‘In Requiem’, through all platforms and stores on Friday 9th September.
Igniting glowing comparisons to everyone from 30 Seconds to Mars,Avenged Sevenfold, Muse, and Rob Zombie, In Requiem take from their influences and pull together a sound that merges alluring and mammoth guitar riffery with grinding rhythms, delivering a melodic but altogether potent sound.
Conceived in 2014 in Pontypridd, In Requiem consist of blood brothers Adam and Owen Fear on vocals and guitar respectively, Grant Roberts handling the bass, and Lee Cottey set behind the kit. The South Wales riff-smiths have already released two stand-alone singles with accompanying music videos, and have performed extensively throughout South Wales, as well as being invited to perform for several prominent festival slots throughout the area. The band are swiftly carving out a reputation for their energetic and exciting live shows, and a constantly evolving set that boasts a stellar collection of killer cuts backed by a dramatic performance sure to entice audiences.
The Welsh cinematic rockers now step up with the re-release of their self-titled debut EP. The lead track Shelter (Save Me) has previously attracted attention for the band when released as a single, notching up much positive critical acclaim from BBC Radio Wales and Amazing Radio, who deemed it their Track of the Week.
