Icelandic classic rock trio THE VINTAGE CARAVAN have launched their cover version of FLEETWOOD MAC‘s classic tune ‘The Chain’ over on YouTube. The cover was recorded during the Gateways session and used as a bonus track for the release. Listen here:
Guitarist and vocalist Óskar spoke about the cover: “We’re happy to get our cover of FLEETWOOD MAC’s ‘The Chain’ out there! Alexander had the idea back in 2015 about doing ‘The Chain’ with our spin on it and recording it as a bonus track for Gateways made perfect sense. We would also like to send our best wishes to Lindsey Buckingham who underwent open heart surgery last week, hoping he’ll get well soon. His music means a lot to us. We’ll see you on the road in April-May and don’t go breaking any chains that don’t belong to you!”
