UP IN LIGHTS

Published:

Hot on the heels of the sold out UK tour as special guests to Bleed From Within and their sold-out, debut headline show, KILL THE LIGHTS triumph once again, sharing the previously unreleased, incendiary track, “Voices”. “Voices” is a two horns up anthem that demonstrates the band’s ability to mix both modern and classic metal styles in a seamless way.
The band elaborate, “Voices is a song about believing in yourself even when everyone else doubts you. The song is a huge F-you to the people in your life that constantly tell you that you are not good enough. The song is a battle cry to those of you that feel that you don’t have a voice and that nobody hears you. It’s about standing up for yourself and staying true to yourself and your dreams every day.”
A certified banger, listen and watch the visualiser here. The song is available now on all DSPs.

Just prior to the UK dates, KILL THE LIGHTS shared crushing single “Chasing Shadows“, a rollicking follow-up after their much-praised debut album “The Sinner” was released last year on Fearless Records and more recently, their blistering lockdown covers of classic tracks from Metallica (“Battery“) and Testament (“Into The Pit“). “Chasing Shadows” also served an introduction to new bassist, Jay James – formerly a member of Bullet For My Valentine alongside drummer Moose Thomas.
KILL THE LIGHTS return to the UK in March 2022 for ten headline shows. Special guests will be Gothenburg’s Aviana. Tickets are on sale now here and dates line up as follows:
