Meet the German Thrash band you are gonna love
Mynded are to release their new album, “Dead End Paradise”.
The band was formed in late 2011 in Straubing, Bavaria. The line up has been stable since august 2012. Since than the quartet started to work on their first demo EP with the name “Humanity Faded Away”. The EP, which contains five songs, was released in early 2013. The young thrashers have received a lot of positive feedback and since then they’ve build up a solid fan base in the underground metal scene.
In the three years of the band’s history, Mynded have played over 50 concerts with acts like Obituary, Butcher Babies, Disbelief, Deadlock, Blood God, Ektomorf, Nothgard and many more.
During 2014 the group started to work on their full length debut album “Dead End Paradise”. They worked together with Steffen Kummerer from Obscura/Thulcandra, who also lent his guitar skills for the solo of the song “Nuclear Downfall”.
A first tour experience was made in December 2014, when the band supported Ektomorf on their Outcast Bells tour. Currently the album is in the mixing and mastering process, while the four thrashers Niko, Alex, Tom and Jo are already working on new songs.
The band tell us this: “We are only about to start right now! Get prepared for some fresh, catchy and groovy THRASH METAL!”
