Scot pop rockers announce Summer gigs

In the run up to the release of their debut album later this year, Scotland’s finest pop rock export Altered Sky have announced they will be heading out on a headline UK tour this July.

In the words of vocalist Ana Nowosielska, the Glasgow band are “painting stories in real life” with their infectious brand of pop-rock. Altered Sky stand out from the crowd with their uncynical self-belief and upbeat, punkish sensibility which is the backbone to their radio-friendly college rock.

The dates are as follows:

29th July – Birmingham, Rainbow
30th July – London, Garage 2
31st July – Nottingham, Red Rooms
1st August – Glasgow, Garage 2
2nd August – Manchester, Factory

Formed in 2010, this hard-working band have played small venues up and down the country, as well as sharing the stage supporting with We Are The In Crowd and The Wonder Years.

In 2014 the band launched their second EP ‘Stop And Live’ which was a follow-up to the critically acclaimed ‘In This World’. Both ‘Where I Belong’ and ‘Live For It’ from the EP have received airplay on Kerrang Radio, Planet Rock, Scuzz & K-ROQ as well as a large number of independent stations across the world, and the video for ‘Where I Belong’ was premiered on Kerrang.com.
