Connecticut deathstars are back with album number two
One of the death metal albums of the year! That’s the bold claim for”Sowing the Seeds of Destruction,” the second full-length album by Connecticut based progressive death metal band Xenosis.
Although they’ve only been a band since 2010, Xenosis has already released an ep and one full-length already before delivering their finest and most mature work yet with Sowing the Seeds of Destruction this year.
Xenosis are adept at uniting progressive and technical strains of death metal into something all their own. In addition there is a pronounced yet never boring groove dimension woven within their impressive sound. Sowing the Seeds of Destruction is one of this year’s finest records.
