Aussies release new video
Australian experimental metallers Twelve Foot Ninja have dropped a new video for ‘Sick’, taken from their album OUTLIER released via Volkanik earlier this year.
Twelve Foot Ninja are known for pushing the boundaries of music convention and fan engagement, and the video for ‘Sick’ is no exception! Inspired by 80s VHS Horror – with a nod to Stranger Things – the video is a nine-minute short film with three chapters, leading to a dark and grimly hilarious conclusion.
Arguably one of the most innovative heavy bands in the world today with their unique blend of hard rock, funk and other genres rarely associated with head banging, Twelve Foot Ninja have already won the respect of heavy music lovers in the US, with latest album OUTLIER debuting in the Top 5 US Billboard Hard Rock Albums, and #6 on the official Australian ARIA chart.
Their 2012 debut record SILENT MACHINE saw them clock up over 5,000,000 YouTube views, win America’s prestigious 2014 Golden Gods Award for ‘Best New Talent’, break the world record for crowdfunding a video clip, tour with some of the biggest bands in the world, and get billed on major US and European festivals.
