Danish black metal monsters release debut
Formed in Denmark in 2013, Serpents Lair puts forth a very distinctive brand of dissonant, kaleidoscopic black metal, which they reckon is “both complex and abrasive in its execution.”
After 2014 demo MMXIV took the underground by storm last year, the band returns with a debut full-length offering, made up of seven tracks sharing the aesthetic of Deathspell Omega, Svartidaudi and Carpe Noctem, yet unique in their own way.
