Ghost City is a new sensational reality from the Italian metal scene. Born from the ashes of Orion, that published “Illusory Existence” in 2002, after a 6-year hiatus, the band is coming back with a complete new line-up. Featuring Alessandro Battini, Dark Horizon’s Keyboard player, Ghost City combines a wide range of influences, from classic metal to symphonic metal, with a very distinctive modern thrash approach.
With their hyper guitar riffs, roaring vocals, orchestral arrangements and elegant piano touches, new songs will be masterpieces for Savatage, and Lingua Mortis Orchestra fans. “Tragic Soul Symphony” is being recorded at Elfo Studio by Daniele Mandelli (Forgotten Tomb, Dark Horizon, Tragodia, Adramelch) and Mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studio in Sweden (Symphony X, Moonspell, Katatonia, etc).
