Scissortooth Make Some Noizz

New track premiered

SCISSORTOOTH has teamed up with Noizz Webzine for the premiere of their latest track ‘Rotting Alive’ from their upcoming album ‘Novagomorrah’ set to be unleashed on Galy Records on July 28th with pre-order available here. ‘Rotting Alive’ embodies Bay Area thrash metal from the 80’s, Seattle grunge from the 90’s, while adding raspy vocals over chugging riffs and questions the intentions of corporations and the constant push to consume.

“Rotting alive is about the constant bombardment and force feeding of commercials, products and being ‘consumers.” comments drummer Shawn Hoskins.

”Rotting Alive’ can be heard at the following link:

‘Novagomorrah’ is just under 1 hour (58 min total) spread over tracks engineered and mixed by the band’s own, Shawn Hoskins, and mastered by Vancouver’s Greg Mindorff at Suite Sound Labs (Biff Naked, D.O.A., Finger 11). Their sound embodies the aggressive, yet groovy feeling of early Pantera braised with industrial samples throughout the album.
