Today PROFILER have released a video for their new single ‘ANIMO’, the second track to be revealed from their upcoming debut album, A Digital Nowhere, that will be released on February 16th through SharpTone Records.
Vocalist and guitarist Mike Evans comments: “ANIMO is almost a continuation of Delay. It was written in the winter months while in a relationship during the lockdowns of Covid 19. This was a pretty dark time for a lot of people where the light seemed to fade due to the mass trauma of the pandemic. It is based around the importance of having people in your life to reach out to while you are going through tough times. It is about making mistakes and becoming reckless when all hope seems lost but learning from these experiences to transmute into self-guidance for future reference.”
