More than timeless, Carson McHone’s third record and second on Loose, Still Life, is timely, inherently modern, and immediate. It arrives February 25th, but today, McHone previews a new track from the album with a new music video.

Regarding “Only Lovers,” McHone references this line from Carson McCullers’ novel The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter: “Maybe when people longed for a thing that bad the longing made them trust in anything that might give it to them.”
