Due to the ongoing restrictions preventing large gatherings and to health concerns surrounding COVID-19 as well as certain travel restrictions that remain in place, Evanescence and Within Temptation are forced to postpone their massive co-headline European tour.
Their ‘Worlds Collide’ tour which was originally due to kick off this past April 4th, will now move to September 2021. The tour was initially postponed until September of this year in the hopes that conditions would permit the artists to perform for their fans. As the world continues to battle the virus, it has become clear that it must be delayed until next year. Specific information for the rescheduled shows will be available on the band’s websites and at worldscollidetour.net. All existing tickets & VIP Packages will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Those unable to attend should visit their point of purchase for refunds. Tickets are available HERE.

Evanescence recently announced that their first studio album in 9 years ‘The Bitter Truth’ would be released incrementally as a series of songs throughout 2020. Watch the video for the first track ‘Wasted On You’ HERE which was lauded by both fans and media alike causing Kerrang to comment “It’s finally here, people. And it doesn’t disappoint”. The track’s video perfectly encapsulated the current moods of disconnection from the world, the lack of control, and purposelessness felt by so many, with the central refrain being shockingly timely & universal.
Within Temptation “Within Temptation has just released a new single, ‘Entertain You’ that is currently climbing the USA Billboard Rock Indicator Charts Top 30, plus a raw and strong music video for the single. They will continue writing & releasing new songs this and next year. Watch the brand new video for ‘Entertain You’ HERE. The track is a fast follow up to the band’s 7th studio album, ‘RESIST’ – a record that exceeded all expectations. ‘RESIST’ debuted in several Top 10 charts worldwide and was the first album to ever reach a #1 position in the official German charts. And now, just a year later, new material throughout 2020 is ready to be shared.
Formed in the mid-90s, the two-time GRAMMY® Award-winning Evanescence has made an impact on people around the world. The group’s 2003 landmark debut album Fallen laid the foundation; spending 43 weeks on the Billboard Top 10 and selling more than 17 million copies worldwide. Debut single and global hit “Bring Me to Life,” reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 as well as marking their first U.K. #1 hit single. The equally popular “My Immortal” peaked at #7 in the U.S. and U.K. Following multiple worldwide tours, The Open Door came next, which went on to sell more than five million copies followed by the self-titled Evanescence which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Charts. Evanescence lead singer-songwriter and pianist Amy Lee, bassist Tim McCord, drummer Will Hunt, lead guitarist Troy McLawhorn, and guitarist Jen Majura went down both very new and familiar paths for their fourth and most ambitious release to date, Synthesis, in 2017 via RCA. The symphonic effort scored four Billboard #1s, debuting atop the Independent, Alternative, Rock, and Classical Album Charts. Evanescence launched their worldwide Synthesis Live tour in October 2017 combining their intense live performances and timeless songwriting with a powerful live orchestra.
