The New York Times’ first “Pandemic Person of the Year” Adam Weiner and his acclaimed outfit  Low Cut Connie  – who have been championed by Elton John, Barak Obama, Nick Hornby and others – have shared covers of INXS’ “Need You Tonight” and Lana Del Rey’s “Video Games”  from their upcoming record Tough Cookies: The Best of The Quarantine Broadcasts.

The album features 23 covers chosen from the 500 or so far featured in Adam Weiner and guitarist Will Donnelly’s twice-weekly “Tough Cookies” livestream show recorded out of Weiner’s South Philadelphia home. The collection also includes songs by Prince, Cardi B, Bob Dylan, Madonna, David Bowie, Donna Summer,  Bruce Springsteen, Chic, Bill Withers, Neil Young, Ennio Morricone (!), the Weather Girls (!!) and many more. The full tracklist is available below. The album will be released on May 19 digitally and on vinyl and is now available for pre-order.
