MEN INTO MEMORIES is the debut full-length from Scottish semi-melodic, tech–metal outfit, Animus. Progressive and mature, yet infused with youthful energy, it encompasses the chuntering grooves of Meshuggah, alongside the sweeping atmospherics of Tesseract, and In Flames-esque hooks.
With this fantastic debut long-player, Animus set out with one goal in mind; “achieve the grooviest and most heavy record possible”. A simple dream of a group of friends with a passion for a vast array of extreme music. Delivering a greater brand of sonic experimentation than their forebears, Animus have been head-hunted for a growing list of live supports with contemporary artists such as Bleed From Within, Martyr Defiled, Heart Of A Coward and more.
