Croatian metal visionaries MANNTRA unleash the full force of their upcoming self-titled studio album with their new single “Wild Hunt”. The titletrack arrives alongside an elaborate official music video filmed in wintry forests, featuring real horses, blazing fires, and the full band in a mystical setting that brings the song’s atmosphere to life. Featuring Fabienne Erni of Eluveitie and Illumishade, who contributes vocals and also appears in the video, the track gains another striking dimension. Fabienne Erni’s voice and that of MANNTRA mastermind Marko Matijević Sekul complement each other brilliantly, blending into a powerful and cohesive whole.

Inspired by the legend of the “Wild Hunt”, the lyrics summon a supernatural force: riders moving through storm and darkness, offering salvation and a second chance. Yet redemption comes with a challenge – facing fear, fighting back, and leaving an old identity behind. Between shadows, lightning, and the spirits of the Old Gods, the song paints a dark yet hopeful picture of transformation and liberation.

MANNTRA on the new single:
“Fabienne Erni brought incredible energy to ‘Wild Hunt’. Her voice and Marko’s complement each other perfectly, creating a powerful dynamic that takes the song to another level. The result is something dark, epic, and truly special. The legend of the Wild Hunt has everything we love: ancient spirits, supernatural forces, storm and darkness. We wanted to capture that untamed energy and turn it into a story about redemption, courage, and the chance to start again.
‘Wild Hunt’ captures the essence of MANNTRA: heavy riffs, powerful melodies, dark mythology, and an energy that pulls you into another world.”

MANNTRA on the new album:
“Wild Hunt is made to be experienced, not just listened to. It has the weight of metal, the pulse of industrial music, a dark gothic atmosphere and the spirit of folk roots — all coming together into something that is unmistakably MANNTRA.”

Wild Hunt places an even stronger emphasis on atmosphere and contrast than its predecessor. Heavy, driving passages collide with organic, melodic and almost mystical moments, creating a record that feels both ancient and modern. The title track “Wild Hunt” featuring Fabienne Erni of Eluveitie combines monumental metal power with captivating melodies. “Iron Storm” delivers driving rhythms and battle-ready force, while “Name The Liar” featuring In Extremo adds dark folk metal passages and German lyrics. Ambre Vourvahis of Xandria lends additional emotional depth to “Zara”, while MetaKlapa enhance the Croatian-language “Valovi” with traditional vocals. Tracks such as “Banshee”, “Danse Macabre” and “Blade In Darkness” take the journey into darker territories, while “Never Bow, Never Surrender” opens the album with a powerful statement.

With Wild Hunt, MANNTRA once again prove that they cannot be confined to genre boundaries. Blending folk, metal, industrial elements and traditional sounds, they create a distinctive musical world where ancient roots meet a modern and powerful vision.
