Finland’s Craneium are set to release their fourth studio album ‘Point of No Return’ in the beginning of 2024 via The Sign Records. The first single leading up to the album is called “The Sun” and is available on all streaming platforms from the 6th of October. A dynamic track with atmospheric soundscapes and heavy, fuzzy riffs, “The Sun” features a solo from guesting guitarist Robert Lamu from the band Skraeckoedlan. Besides the new single, the band is also announcing new live shows to take place during autumn/winter 2023. Dates below.

Joel Kronqvist about the song:
“We wanted to write a more straightforward rocker with a lot of drive. The star in our Solar system is the source of life as we know it. At the same time Solar storms and radiation can make our technology worthless in a matter of seconds. An even greater threat is man’s actions and the irreversible climate change set to destroy everything the sun has created. Who could be a better guest on a song like that – than our dear friend Robert Lamu of the absolute magnificent Skraeckoedlan”

Craneium live 2023:
12 October – Varjobaari, Tampere (with Skraeckoedlan)
13 October – Lepakkomies, Helsinki (with Skraeckoedlan)
14 October – Desert Island, Mariehamn (with Skraeckoedlan)
