Belgian noise rockers release new video

9000 Records (Consouling Sounds) is proud to announce the release of “People, when you see the smoke, do not think it is fields they’re burning”, the third full-length album from Belgian post-rock collective The Black Heart Rebellion (part of the mysterious Church of Ra scene).

Recorded and mixed by Koen Gisen at La Patrie Studios (Kiss The Anus Of A Black Cat, Flying Horseman) and mastered by Frederik Dejongh (Jerboa), this new effort is due out on October 23rd and follows-up the band’s second album “Har Nevo”released in early 2013.

Pre-orders for the double vinyl and cd versions are now available at this location.

Today, the Ghent-based quintet teamed up with Echoes and Dust for exclusive première of their music video for a brand new track entitled “Near to Fire for Bricks”.

About this new video, TBHR offered the following comments: The video for Near To Fire For Bricks will fix your eyes on the creeping portrait of a timeless space. Once inside, an hour may take a lifetime and you notice gravity has failed, twisting and turning seemingly at random. The viewer is absorbed in a story detached from time and space. Unhurried it compels, with enough time for all the detail to soak in. And it does. The video leaves you with a heavy feeling on your chest and a craving to return to the rhythmic pulse of the song.”
