Keep On Chugging!

Chugger unveil new album and tour dates

This coming April 1st Groove Death Metal band CHUGGER will release their debut full length album and second release overall entitled “Human Plague”. The album will be released on Rambo Music/GAIN Music

Entertainment/Sony Music and will be available in CD and in Digital formats. Since the bands initial beginnings in 2006 they have been crafting their sound into heavy, raw Death Metal with a mutated groove to be used as a vessel for people to unleash their aggravation and anxiety of modern society. On the “Human Plague” album these attributes are on full display over the course of eleven tracks set in a dystopian near future and fits along side the likes of Lamb of God, In Flames and Arch Enemy. Recording and Production for the album was performed by Daniel Antonsson (Dark Tranquillity, Soilwork) at Gothenburg Rock Studios; while the cover and booklet design for the CD were produced by the award-winning graphic designer Sam Hayles at DOSEprod.

Starting in Gothenburg, Sweden on March 6th CHUGGER will head out on a 27 date tour across Europe in support of the new album. The CD version of “Human Plague” will be available to purchase for the first time on the tour and this will be the only way to procure the album prior to the official April release date. Dates and locations for the tour can be seen below.

CHUGGER have also released an Official Video for the track “Virus” from the upcoming album.

The clip was staged and lighted by NZone Audio & Lights and Directed by René U Valdes of Greenworks Television (
