It Is What It Is dropped at the beginning of 2023 via BMG/BBR Music Group, featuring his current radio single “Along For The Ride” which boasts the multi-instrumentalist’s strong vocals, his knack for vivid storytelling, and parallels a couple’s spontaneous drive down a two-lane road to the passion felt in a new romance – with almost three million streams to date, the track has since been playlisted on Absolute Radio Country, along with airplay on thirty other stations across the UK including from Ricky Ross on BBC Radio Scotland. The EP also features previously released debut track “Alabama Girl” that went viral on TikTok and its infectiously sweet follow-up “I Will“. Bursting with Jordan’s contagious positivity and unique vocals, the addictively catchy EP fuses his natural charisma with ear-candy melodies that portray why Jordan Harvey will be an artist to watch in 2023.

Produced by Kevin Bard, Jason Massey and Tom Jordan and entirely co-written by Jordan, It Is What It Is showcases the Caledonian cowboy’s innate ability to expertly craft a song that is both as compelling as it is relatable, dialling in on emotional, real-life situations that spotlight love, heartbreak, and new beginnings. A natural people-person, who has never met a stranger, Jordan’s upbeat and genuine disposition and insanely optimistic outlook on life shines through every song he writes and every show he puts on. The captivating performer’s electrifying stage presence and high-energy live show emulates Jordan’s sole purpose for making music, which is to connect with people and get them dancing.

Growing up in rural, blue-collar Scotland, experiencing the Scottish version of the lifestyle represented in most Country songs, Jordan Harvey lived and breathed Country music, dreaming about one day commanding a stage. Taking a leap of faith, believing he could make his dream a reality, Harvey moved across the pond and began immediately cutting his teeth playing the graveyard shift at some of Nashville’s most popular honky tonks. Eventually joining the band King Calaway, he gained invaluable experience opening for icon Garth Brooks and performing on national TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Late Late Show with James Corden, TODAY,  The Kelly Clarkson Show and the internationally acclaimed show Neighbours. Knowing it was time to strike out on his own, the Caledonian Cowboy just made his solo debut with the deeply personal, incredibly catchy “Alabama Girl” that sent him viral on TikTok and the infectiously sweet follow-up “I Will.” Next up, the multi-instrumentalist (piano, drums, guitar) channels his natural charisma and immeasurable stage presence into his upcoming tour dates and his just-released solo debut EP It Is What It Is.
