Londoners on tour this week

Rival Karma began with a chance encounter when the singer Martin William Ross and lead guitarist Kevin Barre met queuing to buy a train ticket. They quickly discovered their love for distorted guitars and haunting melodies. In 2014 with the help of drummer PJ and bassist Vassilis Lazouras the band decided to take their sound in a fresh direction, from that moment on they’ve been on the go, with a series of gloomy pubs, frenzied gigs, rainy London days, and of course, a solid dose of rock and roll. In November the band took a break from gigging and decided to concentrate on writing and recording their first EP ‘Dames’.

Rival Karma comment:
“Dames is our first baby, we’ve been working our asses off writing and recording it, to get our music out in the world ! We can’t wait for people to finally hear our first finished project. We’re really excited to tour it, and witness first hand the reaction people will have when they hear the new songs live! The only thing we can wish for now is for people to listen to it, and love it in their own way. We’re looking forward to the journey ahead, and to meeting all of the beautiful people that have been making it possible for us to do what we love! And of course we can’t wait to ROCK THEIR SOCKS OFF!!”
