“The song is about love, loneliness, racism, and not getting what is going on in the world/America,” comments guitarist/vocalist Robb Flynn. “It’s very much about current events, but applies to a bigger picture.”
The track, which was recorded last October at Trident Studios in Martinez, California, was produced by Flynn and co-produced and mixed by Joel Wanasek.
MACHINE HEAD’s eighth studio record, Bloodstone & Diamonds, is out now via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The album was produced by Robb Flynn & Juan Urteaga and masterfully mixed by Colin Richardson & Andy Sneap, with additional tracking, editing, and mixing done with Steve Lagudi.
