Rising singer-songwriter Gareth has today released ‘Don’t Say‘ ahead of his return to the UK and Europe for The Uncut Tour this month – a run of intimate shows, alongside festival performances at The Great Escape in Brighton, High Chaparral Country Festival in Sweden and Fortified Festival in his hometown of Castlederg, Northern Ireland.
Written by Jerry Flowers [Morgan Wallen, Sam Hunt, Maren Morris], Zach Crowell [Jelly Roll, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban], and Josh Osborne [Kacey Musgraves, Eli Young Band, Midland], Gareth shared of ‘Don’t Say’, “We are very excited about this new music. Working with guys like Jerry, Zach, and Josh is such a special process, they help bring the vision we have for my artistry to life. This is the first of more music to come this year.”
The release of ‘Don’t Say’ arrives alongside a busy and fast-rising period for Gareth, who recently wrapped his first headline tour in Australia, and marked his debut at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville last November – a major milestone in his rise from Castlederg to the global country scene.
Last year also included his first US tour, headline shows at Ulster Hall and in his hometown, plus appearances at C2C: Country to Country and The Long Road Festival, along with touring support for Kip Moore. He also released his EP Bluebird which showcases his blend of heartfelt storytelling and modern country influences.
